1. Quotations & Validity
Commercial quotations generated by Birka are valid for the period specified on the formal proforma invoice (typically 3 to 7 business days, reflecting international polymer benchmark fluctuations such as ICIS / Platts).
2. Quality Guarantee & Certificate of Analysis (CoA)
Birka guarantees that all supplied prime-grade raw materials conform precisely to the technical properties stated on the manufacturer Certificate of Analysis (CoA) provided with each batch. Notice of any claimed variance must be submitted in writing within 14 calendar days of delivery along with independent lab test samples.
3. Delivery, Freight & Risk of Loss
Delivery terms (Ex-Warehouse Sulaymaniyah, Delivered-to-Plant Iraq, or CIF/FOB) are governed by Incoterms 2020 as detailed in the commercial agreement. Title passes to the buyer upon formal delivery and customs release.
4. Jurisdiction & Governing Law
All commercial agreements entered with Birka Company for Polymer & Chemical Sourcing Ltd. are governed by the commercial laws of the Kurdistan Region of Iraq and federal commercial regulations of Iraq.
